The Christmas House of The Santa Claus Village hosts Rovaniemi’s Christmas Foundation’s unique Christmas-theme permanent exhibition.
The exhibition includes three fascinating exhibits covering nearly 400 square meters:
- Finnish Christmas, Christmas traditions and Lapland’s Santa Claus, “Joulupukki”
- Most recognized Christmas traditions around the World
- The Elves’ Toy Factory
The exhibition covers today’s Christmas customs as well as centuries-old Finnish and foreign Christmas traditions. During this voyage back in time, you can learn about the real Santa Claus as well as the history of the Christmas tree.
The permanent exhibit also includes fascinating Christmas videos, including the Finnish Broadcasting Company’s historical televised materials about Finnish Christmas traditions.

Children (4-12 years): 3 €
Family ticket (2 adults and 2 children): 10 €
Children under 4 years (with family ticket): Free
